Our History
From a Paris enterprise to a European investment holding.
Holding JMB was registered in Paris in 2010 to consolidate and steward a growing portfolio of real estate and financial assets. Its initials honour its founder, Jean-Marie Boelen.
Over time the holding has grown around three complementary pillars — real estate, hospitality and trade finance — each managed with operational proximity and financial discipline.
Today, five Co-Gérants lead the group alongside an independent finance function, with a subscribed capital of €4.8 billion.

HOLDING JMB is a société à responsabilité limitée à capital variable registered with the RCS Paris under SIREN 528 403 074. Its variable-capital structure enables the entry of new partners and capital increases without amending the articles for each operation.
Strategic mandate
The firm deploys long-term capital across prime real estate, financial investment and banking instruments, with a disciplined, risk-adjusted approach and a horizon measured in decades rather than quarters.
Financial discipline
Annual accounts are certified by Cabinet Sevestre, statutory auditor, in accordance with Article L.823-9 of the Code de commerce. Conservative leverage and liquidity buffers are maintained at group level.
